Any insight on how to fix this? the only thing I have not tried to get the controller to work is unplugging my Keyboard and mouse entirely from the pc and booting up the game in BIg Picture mode on steam. And when I picked up the plasma cutter it just stays up.
Containers and crates may not be interactable. The first door after getting the Plasma Cutter may be impassable. Turn off Vsync or change config.ini file settings(google it out people if Vsync doesn't work for you). If frame rate is too high, the game will slow down. Compensating with mouse movement only slows it down.
